What is a Commercial Information Exchange?
In general terms, a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) for commercial real estate is similar to a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for residential real estate. CIEs help people exchange commercial real estate information - including properties, listings, transactions, and contacts.
Brokers, owners, investors, tenants, and others use CIEs to find properties, learn about the market, connect with people, market listings, and do business.
